We don’t just fight and play together. We feast, drink and party, too! Old comrades meet again and new friends are welcomed just as warmly at the Shattered Shield Tavern. On Saturday night we dress in our finest costumes as assassins and amazons rub shoulders with paladins and pirates. Watch (or even join in with!) the infamous Swordpunk Fire Circle, where fire and circus performers are joined by dancers, duellists, drummers and warriors with flaming weapons. Then dance the night away in Rebels Corner, a cave of trees filled with the beats of drummers and blacksmiths by day and by the break beat mixes of our incredible live DJ by night. Scheduled classes run over Friday and Saturday with Freeplay and Skillsharing on Sunday. And on Sunday afternoon join in with the archery battles and paddleboard jousting!
With so many activities on offer it can all seem a bit exhausting so you’re welcome to take things at your own pace and, at any time, go for a wander or relax on the beautiful estate, designed by Capability Brown.

Swordpunk Winsford runs from 4pm Friday to 5pm Sunday.
Experience all the fun and games you have learn to expect from Swordpunk but at our newest venue, Winsford in Cheshire.
The schedule for the event:
Friday – Registration opens at 4pm
- Ranges open
- Bookable workshops begin (test cutting, swordplay, ranges, craft activities)
- Caterers, stalls and bar open, music and DJ
Saturday – Scheduled workshops from 10am to 4.30pm including:
- Axe and knife throwing, Archery, Atlatl, Kenjutsu, Circus Skills, Whip Cracking, Muay Thai, Longsword, Sword and Buckler
- Bookable activities over the day (blacksmithing, jewelry making, pole dancing, massage and more)
- Caterers, stalls and bar open
- Fire Show followed by DJ, dancing and chilling with your fellow Swordpunks around the campfire
Sunday – Ranges open for free practice
- Bookable activites over the day
- Free training with your comrades and opportunity to get to grips with your new skills
- Instructors available to assist.
We have three ticket types available.
- Option 1: Full Weekend Adventurer £125, for the full Swordpunk experience!
Arrive on Friday from 4pm, stay until 7pm Sunday
2 nights camping with parking next to tent
Free access to most bookable workshops unless there is a material cost to be covered. Details to follow via booking form.
Access to all Scheduled Activities over the weekend

DJ and Party - Option 2: Saturday Adventurer £80, get involved for the day.
Arrive 9-930am Saturday and leave by 11pm
Free access to all Scheduled Activities on Saturday.

DJ and Party until 11pm - Option 3: Saturday Visitor £20, check us out and chill.
Arrive 9-9.30am Saturday and leave by 11pm Saturday

After completing your payment you’ll receive a confirmation email and information on the event closer to the time, so please provide us with an email address that you check regularly as it is our only means of communication with you.

Swordpunk Rugby runs from Thursday to Sunday early evening, however we understand that not everyone can get the time off work so we provide two ticket options (Thu-Sun and Fri-Sun).
